• Coordinate group sales activities to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Director of Group Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Manage client communications, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
• Support Sales Managers by preparing proposals, contracts, and other essential documents.
• Organize and maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Facilitate smooth event planning by liaising with internal departments and external vendors.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships to drive growth.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Training in providing quality guest service and telephone etiquette skills.
