Responsibilities

Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions
Ensure that classes are fun and engaging while also being physically challenging and safe for participants
Teach fitness classes to different-sized groups of fitness studio members and guests
Utilize social media and networking to promote classes, programs, and encourage new membership
Offer outstanding customer service in accordance with company policies

Qualifications

Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
Must possess a current certification for fitness instructing
Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience

Compensation

$20 - $30/hour
