• Maintain outdoor properties and perform physical support tasks to keep grounds clean, safe, and attractive

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, helping track progress and identify areas for improvement

• Communicate effectively with residents and team members, fostering a positive and cooperative environment for all parties involved

• Loading and unloading materials or products

• Cleaning and preparing work areas

• Operating basic tools or equipment

• Assisting maintenance technicians as needed

• Moving supplies, equipment, or furniture

• Performing general maintenance or cleanup

• Groundskeeping and outdoor labor

• Job site cleanup

• Material handling

• Demolition support

• Recordkeeping: Skill in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities for tracking and improvement purposes

Educational Requirements

• High School diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in a variety or environment and requires the ability to operate standard maintenance tools. Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, frequently bend, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate a vehicle to visit and perform property inspections.

Ground maintenance work is done outdoors in all weather conditions. Some work is seasonal, available mainly in the spring, summer, and fall.
