Golf Simulator Sales & Business Development Manager

Sell golf for a living. We design and install custom golf simulator rooms, plus the TVs, audio, and networking that go with them, for homeowners, builders, and businesses across southern Wisconsin. We also own

SmartGolf Studios, a six-bay indoor golf venue in McFarland that serves as our showroom. Demand is outpacing our team, and we need someone to own sales.

You don’t need to know how to wire a speaker or set up a launch monitor. Our design team handles system design and quotes. You bring drive, relationships, and follow-through, and you close the deal.

  • 2+ years of sales experience: home improvement, building products, golf, B2B, or similar

  • Comfortable meeting builders, homeowners, and business owners face-to-face

  • Organized, self-motivated, and consistent with follow-up

  • Golfers strongly preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills

Compensation

$50,000 base salary plus upside commissions

Lightman Technology is a Wisconsin audio-video, security, and low-voltage integration company. We design and install systems for homes and businesses: home theaters, whole-home audio, conference rooms, surveillance cameras, access control, networking, and custom golf simulators.
