No experience is necessary. We have an apprenticeship program, and we'll help you develop your skills. Same-day offers were made following the interview.
Compensation
- Pay starts at $19/hour for new recruits and increases as you advance to the apprentice level and then to the rank of glazier and beyond
- Overtime is offered when available

- Apprentice glaziers assist more experienced glaziers with field installations or shop fabrications
- Glaziers measure, fabricate, and install glass shower enclosures, mirrors, railing systems, aluminum storefronts, and other glass products
- Glaziers are required to interface with customers, troubleshoot, and problem-solve
- Glazier uses carpentry skills to create beautiful finished products
- Candidates must possess a minimum level of mechanic aptitude that includes the ability to read a tape measure, use hand tools, and understand written and verbal instructions
- The job requires adding and subtracting fractions to determine glass sizes and opening sizes
- Candidates must be able to carry up to 80lbs
- Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must be able to drive a vehicle
- Applicants must be able to pass a drug test
- Applicants must be willing to work hard and work overtime (a few hours a week when necessary)
