We are looking for a General Manager - Real Estate who can take ownership of the day-to-day business, lead the team, improve how the company operates, and help drive the business toward its next level of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sees what needs to be done and takes action. You will work closely with ownership and leadership to turn goals into execution, create accountability across the team, and make sure the business is operating efficiently and at a high standard.

As the business grows, this person will play a key role in building the team, developing leaders, improving profitability, and implementing the structure needed to support continued growth.

Compensation

• $60,000–$70,000 base salary

• Real estate or sales leadership experience is preferred.

• An active real estate license is a plus, but not required.
