Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and drive profitability
- Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure a seamless workflow
- Hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff to foster growth and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align short-term priorities with long-term goals
- Analyze reports, budgets, and KPIs to inform decisions and maximize profitability
Qualifications
- Ability to lead with integrity and motivate teams toward shared goals
- Prior experience in general or operations management
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing complexity
Compensation
$85,000 - $95,000/year
