The Home2 Suites Chicago River North is seeking a dynamic, visionary General Manager to lead our team in the heart of the Magnificent Mile. As the General Manager, you will manage all hotel operations to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction, successfully driving both commercial performance and brand hospitality standards.

Financial Performance

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals.

• Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.

• Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards.

Your Background and Skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.

• Previous hotel management experience required.
