Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day business functions and team operations
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Monitor key metrics and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
Partner with leadership on planning, reporting, and long-term vision

Qualifications

The ability to lead by example, resolve conflict, and create a cohesive team environment
Prior experience in general or operations management
Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operations
Understands how to read financials and use them to drive smart decisions
Is a confident communicator who leads with empathy and clarity

Compensation

$65,000 - $70,000
