We are looking for very talented fabricators in the Phoenix area to help us achieve clients' dreams in metal. As a fabricator at Grizzly Iron, you would be working on custom gates, railings, furniture, and many various parts of larger projects. No two projects are the same! Every day there is something new.

There is always plenty of opportunity to learn new skills to add to your skill set, and we can assist when training is necessary. We feel building up our team members is an essential part of our company.

• Fabricating gates, railings, and fence sections

• Fabricating pieces integrated into larger projects

• Cutting and prepping materials needed for projects

• Punching or drilling holes necessary for projects

• Layout project to properly fabricate

• Building fixtures or jigs to assist in the production

• Reading blueprints

• Quality control

• Overseeing Safety in the work area

• 2 Years Experience

• Must be able to read a tape measure

• Must have basic math and blueprint reading skills

• Must be detail-oriented

• Must own a welding helmet and basic tools

• Must be able to perform the job safely and with a strong sense of quality

• Capable of lifting 80 lbs

• Valid driver's license

• Spanish is a plus

• Ready and willing to learn

• MIG welding experience; TIG welding is a plus
