Experienced Infant/Toddler Nanny — 3–4 Twelve-Hour Shifts Per Week

Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is seeking a highly reliable, experienced nanny to provide attentive care for infants and toddlers. This position offers 3–4 twelve-hour shifts per week, totaling approximately 36–48 hours.

The ideal candidate is dependable, nurturing, patient, and confident in managing the routines and developmental needs of young children. Because these are extended shifts, punctuality, consistent attendance, and strong communication are essential.

• Providing safe, attentive, and nurturing care

• Preparing bottles, meals, and snacks

• Managing feeding, diapering, and nap schedules

• Supporting age-appropriate development and milestones

• Planning engaging activities, reading, outdoor play, and sensory experiences

• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for the children

• Washing bottles and completing children’s laundry

• Communicating regularly with parents about routines, activities, and concerns

• Professional experience caring for infants and toddlers

• Strong understanding of infant safety, feeding, sleep routines, and developmental stages

• Exceptional reliability and punctuality

• Ability to commit consistently to 3–4 twelve-hour shifts each week

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening

• Verifiable, non-family childcare references

• Professional communication and sound judgment
