Evening Janitor, Full-Time, Weekends Off

While most of Boise is heading home, our evening crews are getting to work. By morning, offices across the city are ready for the people who work in them, and nobody has to wonder who made it happen.

As a Commercial Janitorial Team Member, you'll join a full-time evening crew cleaning commercial office buildings in Boise. You'll work independently in your own area, and as part of a team you can count on. It's steady work you can take pride in, on a schedule that stays the same every week.

Pay: $15 to $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Weekends are yours.
Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week

Every night, you'll leave the building ready for the people who arrive in the morning:

• Own your area. Clean and maintain your assigned offices and common spaces to our standard every night.

• Care for the floors. Vacuum, sweep, and mop so every floor looks right when the lights come on.

• Keep restrooms and breakrooms spotless. Clean and sanitize them, because these rooms are what people notice first.

• Handle the details. Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, and empty trash and recycling.

• Keep it stocked. Refill paper products, soap, and supplies so no one runs out during the day.

• Work safely. Follow our cleaning procedures, chemical safety rules, and building security steps.

• Speak up. Report leaks, damage, or safety concerns to your supervisor so small problems never become big ones.

• Be accountable. Clock in and out on your phone, and complete your checklist every shift.

We'll train you on the cleaning. What we can't train is who you are. You're the right fit if you:

You'll also need:

• Reliable, dependable attendance

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• A smartphone for timekeeping and communication

• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift

• Willingness to pass a background check

• Legal authorization to work in the US

Commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
