• Greet each customer with a warm smile and ensure they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step in.
• Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services, enhancing the customer's experience and understanding.
• Efficiently manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our brand's commitment to quality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive customer journey.
• Handle customer feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring any concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Assist in the coordination of in-store events and promotions, contributing to a vibrant and engaging customer experience.

• Must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Michigan.
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule that will include weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have cash handling experience. Strong customer service background is preferred.
• Point of sale experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
