As the first and last point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our pharmacy. • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer, answering questions, processing transactions accurately, and creating a friendly, professional experience.

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process prescriptions, over-the-counter purchases, payments, refunds, and daily cash reconciliation with accuracy.

• Support pharmacy operations by assisting with prescription pickup, maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA), directing workflow, and communicating effectively with pharmacists and technicians.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front end by merchandising products, restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the store is presentation-ready.

• Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting coworkers, completing assigned tasks efficiently, and following all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
