We run an outdoor power equipment business in Texas, and we're launching a monthly forklift rental program for small businesses. We're looking for a sales pro with an existing book of business to help build the rental line from the ground up.

Pay

Target earnings: $80,000 to $150,000 per year (OTE).

Commission on the rental contracts you bring in, plus a base or draw. Top performers may be considered for ownership opportunities at the company's discretion.

• Work your existing relationships and build new ones with warehouses, contractors, distributors, and shops

• Qualify needs, quote rentals, and close agreements

• Manage your accounts and grow them over time

• Help shape how the rental line is priced, sold and run

• A proven track record selling forklifts, material handling, or equipment rental

• An existing book of business or strong relationships with small and mid-size business owners

• Strong prospecting and closing skills

• A self-starter who wants to build something, not just fill a seat

• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel the region
