Responsibilities

Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements
Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs
Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development
Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures

Qualifications

Must have a food handling license
Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
Over 3 years in food and beverage management
Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred
High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred

Compensation

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
