- Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements
- Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs
- Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development
- Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
- Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures
- Must have a food handling license
- Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
- Over 3 years in food and beverage management
- Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred
Compensation
$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
