We’re Looking for a Hunter.


Our flooring company is growing, and we are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to build and expand our builder and commercial division.


If you thrive on prospecting, closing deals, and building long-term B2B relationships, this role is for you.


This is not a retail showroom sales position. You will be in the field developing relationships with builders, general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients.



Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and secure new builder and commercial accounts
  • Visit jobsites and meet decision-makers face-to-face
  • Develop proposals for new construction and replacement projects
  • Close profitable contracts
  • Build long-term repeat business relationships


Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Outside sales experience (construction or building materials preferred)
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and disciplined with follow-up

Compensation

$90,000 - $150,000/year
