We’re seeking someone with a sales-minded approach, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude for our next fitness sales associate. Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized club environment by completing cleaning tasks and hourly club walks
Engage potential members through various outreach methods, including phone calls, text messages, emails, and in-person conversations during club tours

Provide excellent customer service to resolve the problems of members in an impartial and professional way
Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio
Greet members and guests at the studio, answer phones, and assist the front desk with various tasks
Generate leads by various methods including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, and talking with prospects at local events and studio walk-ins
Retain long-term clients and expand the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing great customer service

Qualifications

Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Previous experience in customer service, fitness, or a related field preferred
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with outreach efforts such as phone calls, emails, texting, and in-person conversations
Basic computer and administrative skills (POS systems, email, scheduling software, etc.)
Willingness to maintain a clean and organized club environment

High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent
At least 1 year of sales experience or work in a similar role is preferred
Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
Outstanding organizational skills and time management
Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

Compensation

$16.5/hour
