This is not a traditional salaried position. Compensation is performance-based, with earning potential tied to your individual results. We provide training, mentorship, professional development, and support as you build your practice and obtain the required licenses.

You do not need previous financial services experience. We are especially interested in professionals with backgrounds in sales, banking, business development, athletics, leadership, hospitality, or other performance-driven environments.

• Build and develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners

• Identify clients' financial goals, priorities, and protection needs

• Educate clients on appropriate financial and insurance solutions

• Build a client base through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement

• Develop and execute an individual business-development strategy

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

• Obtain and maintain the licenses required for the role

• Provide ongoing service and build long-term client relationships

• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

• Sales, banking, business development, leadership, athletics, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience or degree preferred, if applicable to your office's requirements
