The Fortitude Team is expanding and looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals who are interested in building a career helping individuals and families make more informed financial decisions.

As a Financial Services Career Associate, you’ll receive training and mentorship while learning how to understand clients’ financial goals, provide financial education, and help them evaluate strategies involving financial protection, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and long-term financial security.

No previous financial services experience is required. We’re looking for individuals who communicate well, are coachable, enjoy working with people, and are motivated to grow.

This is a remote independent-contractor opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time pathways. Applicable professional licensing is required.

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to learn about their financial goals and priorities

• Provide financial education after completing required training and licensing

• Help clients evaluate financial strategies based on their individual needs

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Provide ongoing client follow-up and service

• Participate in structured training, mentorship, and professional development

• Develop new relationships through referrals, networking, and community outreach

• Complete applicable professional licensing and continuing education

• Follow company and industry compliance standards

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Enjoys working with and helping people

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Coachable and receptive to mentorship

• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

• Comfortable communicating virtually with clients

• Ability to organize your schedule and work independently

• Customer service, sales, education, hospitality, healthcare, banking, and leadership are helpful but not required

• Previous financial services experience is not required

• Must be eligible and willing to obtain applicable professional licensing
