This role is on-site in our Green Bay, WI office.

• Collaborate with senior advisors to craft personalized financial plans that align with clients' unique goals and aspirations.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of comprehensive financial strategies.

• Engage with clients to gather essential information, ensuring a deep understanding of their financial landscape.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations.

• Assist in the implementation of financial plans, ensuring clients are informed and confident in their decisions.

• Monitor clients' financial progress, providing regular updates and adjustments to their plans and investments to remain aligned with the clients' goals.

• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current advice and solutions.

• Experience in financial planning or a related field, with a solid understanding of financial products and services.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with advisors and team members to develop personalized financial plans.

• Proven track record of conducting thorough research and analysis to support financial strategy development.

• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and gather essential financial information.

• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations that clearly convey financial insights.

• Ability to assist in the implementation of financial plans, ensuring clients feel informed and confident.

• Experience in monitoring clients' financial progress and providing timely updates and adjustments to plans as needed.

• Have current SIE, Series 66 (or equivalent), Series 7, WI health, and WI life insurance licenses.
