Lemnis Capital is seeking ambitious individuals to join our LCElite Sales & Leadership Fast-Track Program. This is an opportunity to build a career in financial services while developing real sales, leadership, and business development skills.
As an SDR, your primary focus will be acquiring new clients, building relationships, and growing a book of business. You'll receive structured sales training, licensing sponsorship, executive mentorship, and a clear path into leadership.
This is an ideal opportunity for former athletes, competitive students, sales professionals, and enterprising individuals who want to be rewarded for their effort rather than limited by a traditional salary structure.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily prospecting and client acquisition activities
- Build relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings and present financial planning solutions
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for prospecting, appointments, and production
- Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and financial planning training
- Progress through the LCElite Program toward leadership opportunities
Qualifications
- Competitive and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Business-driven mindset
- Comfortable in a sales environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain Life & Health, SIE, Series 7 & 63 (sponsorship provided)
Compensation
$45,000 - $85,000/year
