Compensation: Performance-based compensation with upside earning potential, including commissions, bonuses, and other incentives based on individual results. Average 1st year professional earns between $80,000-$120,000.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and priorities.
  • Develop and present personalized financial strategies and recommendations.
  • Help clients implement solutions, including insurance, investments, and savings strategies.
  • Build long-term client relationships through ongoing service and financial guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recommendations, and financial plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to obtain required state insurance licenses and registrations, as applicable


Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background review and satisfaction of applicable licensing requirements.

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000/year
