Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients' goals and aspirations.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Analyze clients' financial status, providing strategic advice on investments, insurance, and savings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to offer up-to-date guidance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Educate clients on financial concepts, empowering them to make informed decisions about their future.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Business mindset with a drive to build and grow a business.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
  • Interested in financial planning, wealth management, and helping clients achieve financial security.
  • Life and health licenses or FINRA preferred, or a willingness to obtain.


Compensation

$70,000 - $120,000/year
