Training Provided

No prior experience in financial services is required. We provide a comprehensive training program designed to help you succeed from day one.

Average Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and designed to reward long-term success.

  • Year 1: $85,000 – $132,000

  • Year 3: $109,000 – $205,000

  • Year 5: $132,000 – $287,000

  • Year 10+: $239,000 – $500,000+

  • Create customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
  • Seek, identify, and approach new prospects continuously and establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
  • Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
  • Collect each client’s financial information to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required for all qualified candidates).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable networking and developing new business opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving performance objectives.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
  • Customer service, sales, or business development experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

$85,000 - $132,000
