The Role

You'll work with seniors and their families to understand their needs, explain coverage options, and help them find the right policy.

You'll:

• Handle live transfers and other prospective customer opportunities

• Build trust, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate coverage

• Guide sales conversations toward completed applications

• Follow cases through placement and follow up when needed

• Represent Tejas Life with professionalism and integrity

This is a sales role—not customer service, claims, or back-office work. Life insurance, final expense, telesales, or direct sales experience is helpful, but not required.

Who We're Looking For

We're open to career changers willing to obtain a license, newly licensed agents, experienced producers, and established agents ready to build a team.

You need grit, coachability, integrity, and the will to win. We'll bring the tools, opportunities, and experienced support. You bring the effort, take ownership of your results, and commit to getting better.

The Basics

• Active life insurance license in at least one state, or willingness to obtain one

• Reliable computer, phone, and internet

• Comfortable with performance-based compensation

• Full-time or substantial part-time commitment
