Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college education or construction-related experience is a plus.

- Oversee coating and construction activities, ensuring strict conformance to project specifications throughout the process.
- Use testing instruments and devices to conduct thorough inspections at various stages of the project.
- Approve quality work practices, document specification violations, and generate detailed daily inspection reports.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive daily records, including photos, for project inspection documentation.
- Adhere to and enforce safe working practices to ensure a secure job site for all team members.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record required.
- High school diploma required; some college or technical education in inspection technology, engineering, construction management, or construction technology is a plus.
- Ability to pass a physical examination and work at heights safely.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality work in a construction environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to ensure accurate reporting.
