Description

We are currently seeking an excellent field sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. If you have a proven track record of outside selling and are looking for a lucrative outside sales position that provides you with the flexibility, support, and compensation to help you shine, we want to connect!

Responsibilities

  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Grow and maintain customer relationships
  • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours)
  • Company sales meetings
  • Follow all company outside sales representative duties
  • Set appointments
  • Sales talk and objection handler mastery
  • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
  • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
  • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales

  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals

Compensation

$65,000 - $120,000/year
