Responsibilities
- Lead client consultations to identify their financial goals and develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate training sessions to empower new team members with essential skills and knowledge.
- Analyze market trends to provide clients with informed advice on insurance products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met.

Qualifications
- Experience in financial consulting or insurance sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client bases through strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and provide informed advice on insurance products.

Compensation
$90,000 - $120,000/year
