Compensation: $125,000 - $170,000 at commission. Training allowance, Bonus, benefits, and 401(k).
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive growth in the Nassau-Suffolk region.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes consistently.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on fostering growth and collaboration.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and expand client base.
- Proven track record of cultivating strong client relationships and providing personalized financial advice.
- Experience in driving business development initiatives and identifying new growth opportunities.

- Proficiency in monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- New York Area only.
