Responsibilities

Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs
Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals
Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients
Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business
Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor

Qualifications

Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others
Strong leadership and communications skills are a must
Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses
Candidates must clear a background check
One year minimum sales experience preferred

Compensation

$45,000 - $60,000/year
