I am looking for an office personal assistant. This flexible part-time or full-time role includes light admin tasks, supporting me as I manage multiple businesses. I am based in North Boise, just 15 minutes north of downtown near Hidden Springs, and I am open to tailoring this position to the right person, whether part-time or full-time!

Responsibilities
  • Keep the office organized and efficient
  • Set up cameras for video shoots (video camera experience is a plus!)
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Monitor and respond to emails
  • Arrange travel including hotel, flight, and transportation
  • Do other assigned tasks as needed
  • Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks
  • Relay messages received through phone calls or emails to our team to make our business run more efficiently
Qualifications
  • Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant or a related job with administrative tasks
  • Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision
  • Great time management skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Compensation
$20 - $25 hourly
