From day one, you will work side-by-side with seasoned Senior Associates and Certified Family Law Specialists (CFLS), receive direct, hands-on mentorship, and build a powerful foundation in family law. What You'll Do

• Learn by Doing: Co-counsel alongside senior litigators on complex, high-asset property divisions, custody disputes, and contested hearings. This is immersive mentorship with real stakes, not a simulation.
• Build Elite Drafting & Litigation Skills: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence under close guidance, with a defined, structured track toward complete drafting independence.
• Stand in the Gap for Clients: Participate directly in strategic client consultations alongside senior counsel, developing the calm, authoritative presence clients depend on during life’s most challenging transitions.
• Master the Firm's Operating System: Learn and leverage our firm’s streamlined, tech-driven workflows so you can focus on high-level legal strategy without administrative noise getting in the way.

Who You Are

• Education & Credentials:
  • For Junior Associates: Active California State Bar license in good standing, with 1–3 years of experience in California family law or civil litigation and a clear commitment to specializing in family law.
  • For Law Clerks: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an ABA-accredited law school (including Post-Bar candidates), eligible to practice under California State Bar law clerk guidelines.
