We are seeking a motivated entry-level attorney to join our growing Fort Mill family law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or early-career attorney who wants to build a strong foundation in family law while working alongside experienced attorneys and receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

The ideal candidate is bright, driven, compassionate, and eager to develop into an excellent family law attorney. You’ll gain meaningful experience working directly with clients, drafting pleadings and discovery, preparing cases, negotiating resolutions, and appearing in court—all with the support of an established and experienced legal team.

• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date client files and case records.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, proposed orders, and other family law documents.

• Assist clients with issues involving the division of marital assets, including real estate and other property.

• Represent clients in court hearings and other proceedings as experience and responsibility grow.

• Analyze client matters, identify legal and practical issues, and work with the legal team to develop effective case strategies.

• Communicate regularly with clients and help move cases efficiently from intake through resolution.
