Bernheim Kelley, LLC, is looking to hire a Law Clerk. Great opportunity for a law student or recent graduate seeking professional development, training programs, and great exposure to Plaintiffs' Personal Injury, First Party Homeowners, and Product Liability litigation, who will work with Senior attorneys in all aspects of civil litigation.

BK Law is looking for a candidate who seeks career growth at a boutique litigation firm. The firm will consider full-time and part-time candidates. The position could lead to full-time employment after passing the bar.

• Compile legal research to assist with cases.

• Proofread and cite briefs and other materials.

• Prepare trial briefings, memorandums, and other legal documents.

• Participate in legal analysis and strategy.

• Assist with deposition preparation and attend depositions.

• Assist in the courtroom with trials and hearings.

• Excellent research skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prepare legal memorandums.
