What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.

• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities remain in excellent working condition.

• Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Follow all hotel safety procedures and maintenance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hotel maintenance or general building maintenance experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.

• Must be able to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance duties safely.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
