Position Overview:

As a real estate salesperson, you will provide guidance, support, and knowledge to clients throughout the entire real estate process. This includes conducting market research, showing properties to potential buyers or tenants, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating contracts, and facilitating the closing process.

• Work with renters and buyers, following up consistently to turn leads into deals and deals into referrals
• Prospect for new leads and landlord relationships to promote new business
• Have local knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods we work in
• "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs, and close the deal

• Valid real estate license in the state of New York
• A proven track record of production in New York City real estate
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and commitment to promoting equal housing opportunities
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients throughout the transaction process
