Bergen County Law Firm is looking for experienced Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorneys.

We are a practice of 25 plaintiff personal injury lawyers seeking to add civil trial lawyers with 2-10+ years of experience to work with our existing 12 Certified Civil Trial Attorneys. The ideal candidate will work under a firm partner as a litigation team member on cases from inception through settlement or verdict, backed up by our experienced case managers and paralegals. Duties include client contact, intakes, drafting of pleadings, discovery demands and responses, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and potentially serving as first or second seat at jury trials.

Experienced Attorney with 3-5 years of Personal Injury Experience

• Admission to NJ Bar (NY not necessary but a plus)
• Plaintiff or defense experience
• Ability to handle and manage a personal injury case list at all stages
• Solid legal knowledge of NJ MVA and premises jurisprudence
• Understanding of legal medicine
• Deposition, Arbitration, and Dispositive Motion Experience
• Experience prepping cases for trial

Experienced Trial Attorney with 10-plus years of Personal Injury Experience

• New Jersey Admission (NY a plus)
• Civil Trial Certification or eligibility
• Medical Malpractice Experience and/ Product Liability
• Proven Track Record
• Experienced with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases
• Federal Court Experience is a plus
• Good writing skills
• Winning record
• Solid work ethic
