We’re I.T. Solutions of South Florida, and we’re on the hunt for a seasoned Network & Infrastructure Engineer who can architect next-level network solutions and lead the charge on client projects with confidence and clarity.
You’ll work hands-on with a tight-knit team of excellent techs and serve a client base that expects excellence—and gets it. We're talking about multi-location networks, cloud environments, and robust security stacks. Your role will span from big-picture design to boots-on-the-ground execution.
What You’ll Do
- Tackle Escalations Like a Boss: Solve complex networking issues with stellar remote and on-site support.
- Design, Deploy, Maintain: Build out robust LANs, WANs, VPNs, cloud networking—start to finish.
- Own the Security Stack: Think firewalls, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity strategies.
- Embrace the Cloud: Architect environments using Azure, Nerdio, and other platforms.
- Lead Projects: Guide clients through migrations, optimizations, and upgrades.
- Mentor and Lead: Help teammates level up with your deep Layer 3 (and beyond) knowledge.
- Document Like a Pro: Create top-tier diagrams and documentation that actually make sense.
Who You Are
- 5–10 years of IT/networking experience (MSP experience = gold star)
- Excellent communicator and client whisperer
- Local to Palm Beach County (again, this gig is in-person)
- Able to work independently, but plays well with others
- Calm under pressure and cool in client crises
Certifications & Skills We Love
Required:
- Network-related certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting chops and customer-first mindset
Preferred:
- Cisco CCNP / CCIE
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Firewall experience (WatchGuard, SOPHOS)
- Network tools like PRTG
- VMware / Hyper-V
- Azure, Nerdio, etc.
