We are looking for a reliable and skilled Traveling Facility Maintenance Handyman to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys variety and traveling for work. In this role, you will be responsible for performing commercial maintenance and repair projects across multiple locations, delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is an hourly position that offers the chance to

- Communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and team members, responding to tasks and requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure punctuality for all appointments and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Uphold company policies and deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
- Provide your own basic tools and ensure you have reliable, well-maintained transportation for travel between job sites.
- Work independently or collaborate with a crew, based on the job requirements.
- Preferred experience with a range of commercial repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, ceiling tiles/grids, floor tiles, and painting.
- Strong experience in concrete work, including finishing and repairs.
- Availability for on-call duties, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to address emergency situations.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong commitment to completing tasks with the highest quality standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
$20 - $24 hourly
