What You’ll Do
- Develop and expand your own book of business through new client acquisition
- Build relationships and guide clients through key financial decisions (retirement, protection, education planning)
- Offer tailored solutions across insurance and financial products
- Grow your knowledge and skills through specialized training and professional development

Compensation & Benefits
- You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation
- In 2024, the average income of our financial professionals under the N8 and N9 Agents’ Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $120,555.⁸ Individual agent performance will determine your income.
- Benefits for eligible full-time agents include medical, dental, life, and long-term disability coverages, 401(k), and pension.⁹

Responsibilities
- Do what you do best: establish relationships!
- Expand your existing practice or grow a new practice, your choice
- Engage and network within your community and organizations to expand your brand
- Work with families and professionals to establish and implement financial strategies to achieve and protect their goals
- Educate clients with the resources and solutions to help prepare for the unexpected life events/circumstances
- Work with business owners to implement strategies for tax diversification, employee retention, and succession planning
- Earn financial designations through our practice module program with the American College of Financial Services and our scholarships
- Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional
Qualifications

- Ability to successfully expand centers of influence
- Sales experience
- Valid life and health license, preferred
- Valid FINRA Series 6 or 7 & 63/65 or 66, preferred
- Positive FINRA standing
Compensation
$130,000 - $130,000/year
