New York Life – Team Andrade is seeking experienced Financial Advisors who are motivated to take the next step in their careers. This opportunity is designed for established professionals who bring experience in financial services, insurance, investments, wealth management, or financial planning and are looking for the resources, support, and professional environment to continue growing their practice.

As a Financial Advisor, you’ll work with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial goals and develop strategies designed around their unique needs. You’ll focus on building long-term client relationships while growing your business through referrals, networking, professional relationships, and new business development.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with individuals, families, and business owners

• Assess clients’ financial goals, priorities, risk considerations, and evolving needs

• Develop and present financial strategies and solutions appropriate to each client's circumstances

• Grow your client base through referrals, networking, centers of influence, and other business-development activities

• Conduct ongoing client reviews and identify opportunities to address changing financial needs

• Maintain a high standard of client service, professionalism, and follow-through

• Stay current on financial products, industry developments, regulatory requirements, and planning strategies

• Maintain accurate client records and adhere to applicable compliance and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with other financial professionals and specialists when appropriate to address more complex client needs

• Participate in ongoing professional development, coaching, and advanced training opportunities

• Previous experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Professional, Wealth Advisor, Registered Representative, Insurance Professional, or similar client-facing financial services role

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Proven business-development, prospecting, or relationship-management experience

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a business-minded and growth-oriented mindset

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Commitment to providing a high level of client service

• Appropriate insurance and/or securities licenses preferred; candidates should be willing and able to obtain any additional licenses required for their role

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
