We are seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an attorney who desires to become a strong family law litigator, enjoys client advocacy, and wants to work in a fast-paced, supportive, and purpose-driven law firm.

Our firm handles a wide range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce

• Child custody

• Parenting time

• Child support

• Paternity

• Protective orders

• CHINS/DCS matters

• Prenuptial agreements

• Relocation matters

• Contempt and modification issues

• Other complex family-related legal matters

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with clients who are facing sensitive and emotional legal issues. Family law requires compassion, confidence, organization, and the ability to advocate strongly while also guiding clients through difficult seasons of their lives.

Compensation

Compensation starts at $100,000 annually plus bonus opportunities. Salary may increase or decrease based on experience, qualifications, family law knowledge, courtroom experience, and litigation readiness.
