Euromotive Performance is looking for an experienced, professional Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing European automotive repair facility.

We specialize in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Volkswagen, Volvo, MINI, and other European vehicles.

We are looking for someone who understands that a great service advisor is more than an order taker. You must be able to build trust with customers, clearly explain repairs, follow up consistently, sell needed services ethically, and keep the shop moving efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of automotive service advisor experience preferred

• European or luxury automotive experience strongly preferred

• Strong sales and communication skills

• Comfortable presenting large repair estimates

• Ability to explain technical repairs in simple terms

• Excellent phone, text, and email communication

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple repair orders

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Reliable and accountable

• Experience with automotive shop-management software

• Strong understanding of labor, parts, inspections, and repair estimates

The Right Candidate

You should be comfortable discussing repairs ranging from routine maintenance to $5,000–$10,000+ repair estimates.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission. Strong earning potential for an experienced producer.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their concerns

• Build accurate repair orders

• Review technician inspections and recommendations

• Present estimates professionally

• Sell necessary maintenance and repairs without high-pressure tactics

• Communicate repair status with customers

• Follow up on declined work and outstanding estimates

• Coordinate with technicians and management

• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction

• Help maximize average repair order and shop profitability

• Ensure customers understand the value of the work being performed
