We are seeking an experienced Closing Coordinator with a strong background in real estate operations or legal administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience from contract to closing.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands contracts, legal documentation, compliance, deadlines, and the importance of accuracy in every detail. The ideal candidate anticipates problems before they arise, communicates proactively, takes ownership rather than waiting for direction, and ensures every transaction is handled with precision and professionalism. They are resourceful, solutions-oriented, and committed to continuously improving both the client experience and the efficiency of the team.

• As our Closing Coordinator, you will oversee every aspect of the transaction from contract to closing.

• You will serve as the central point of communication between clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, vendors, and our internal team, ensuring every deadline is met and every detail is handled with excellence.

Required

• Active Georgia Real Estate License.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a real estate closing coordinator, transaction coordinator, paralegal, legal assistant, or real estate administrator.

• Thorough understanding of Georgia real estate contracts, timelines, disclosures, and compliance requirements.

• Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and the ability to quickly learn new technology and transaction management platforms.

Preferred

• Experience with Dotloop, DocuSign, MLS, ShowingTime, CRM platforms, and other real estate technology.

• Experience coordinating a high volume of residential real estate transactions.

• Commitment to delivering a concierge-level client experience.
