Are you an experienced framing carpenter, deck builder, or residential construction professional looking for steady work with a company that values quality craftsmanship?

Red Branch Outdoor Living is growing, and we're looking for skilled carpenters who have real, hands-on experience building residential structures.

We specialize in custom decks, covered patios, pergolas, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, and luxury outdoor living spaces throughout Baldwin and Mobile Counties.

This is a skilled carpentry position, not an entry-level general labor position. We're looking for candidates who already understand residential framing, construction methods, and the proper use of carpentry tools.

If you know your way around a framing square, circular saw, level, and tape measure — and take pride in building something that lasts — we'd like to meet you!

What You'll Be Building

• Custom wood and composite decks

• Covered patios and outdoor living structures

• Pergolas, pavilions, and roof structures

• Structural framing, beams, posts, and joists

• Exterior trim and finish carpentry

• Custom outdoor kitchens and specialty projects

Please note: This position requires previous hands-on carpentry experience. General warehouse, manufacturing, welding, or labor experience alone does not meet the minimum qualifications.

• Assist in building high-quality outdoor living structures
• Measure, cut, and install components of decks and patio covers
• Prefabricate pergolas and pavilion components
• Dig and install concrete foundations
• Work safely and maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Cooperate and collaborate with team members
• Work with attention to detail and speed while following directions
• Read and follow blueprints and project plans

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Hands-on experience in residential framing, deck construction, or structural carpentry

• Ability to accurately measure, cut, assemble, and install framing materials

• Experience using circular saws, miter saws, nail guns, levels, and other carpentry tools

• Understanding of basic framing methods and structural connections

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and work from construction drawings

• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and productively with a construction crew

• Valid driver's license
