What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience preferred

• Strong local relationships and community ties

• Existing customer base or ability to generate repeat and referral business

• Proven ability to follow up and maintain relationships

• Comfortable using phone, text, social media, and CRM tools to generate business

• Competitive, self-motivated, and professional

• Someone who wants to build their own book of business — not just wait for the next floor up
