• Department Management: Plan daily cleaning operations for guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces.

• Staff Supervision: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry staff.

• Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public areas daily to meet high hygiene and brand standards.

• Inventory & Budget: Track, order, and maintain par levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and guest toiletries while controlling department costs.

• Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with the Front Office for room status updates and Maintenance for repair tracking.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations, sanitation standards, and chemical safety rules.

• Guest Relations: Handle lost-and-found items and resolve guest complaints or special requests.

• Experience: 3 or more years of experience in housekeeping supervision or hospitality management.

• Education: High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality management is often preferred.

• Technical Skills: Computer literacy, basic math, and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
