You are the person who walks into a business and immediately sees what is possible. You notice what could run more smoothly, what could be built better, and you do not wait for someone to hand you a task list; you just start making it happen.
You have been doing this for years, and you have poured real skill and care into every business you have touched. You are organized in a way that feels effortless to the people around you, even though you know exactly how much intention it takes to make it look that easy.
You move with purpose. You follow through until things are actually done. You know instinctively when to handle something yourself and when to bring in the right person, and you take real pride in outcomes that most people never even realize took this much thought. Most importantly, you are ready for a role that finally matches the level you already operate at.
This Is That Role.
We are looking for a talented executive-level right-hand, someone who can build and run the operational engine of this business, represent the lead agent with confidence when he is out of the city, roughly 40 percent of the time, and make the kind of judgment calls that keep a high-producing business moving without missing a beat.
The Bigger Picture
This role has a long runway. As the business grows, so does your opportunity. Adding support staff, shaping team structure, and stepping into an increasingly strategic seat alongside the lead agent are all on the table for the right person. We are not filling a vacancy. We are building something, and we want someone who wants to build alongside us.
- Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the residential real estate business, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency.
- Represent the lead agent with confidence and authority during their absence, maintaining the business's high standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and operational effectiveness.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that drive productivity and success.
- Manage and mentor support staff, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and excellence.
- Coordinate and oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the business expands, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
- Experience in managing operational infrastructure, including CRM systems, SOPs, and vendor relationships.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate virtual assistants and transaction coordinators effectively.
- Proven track record of handling real estate transactions and logistics with precision and efficiency.
- Strong capability to represent a lead agent confidently during client interactions and property inspections.
- Demonstrated skill in managing time flexibly to accommodate the dynamic nature of real estate demands.
- Exceptional organizational skills that ensure seamless operations and project management.
- Experience in making strategic decisions that align with business growth and development goals.
Compensation
$150,000 - $170,000 yearly
