We require an effective supervisor who can produce innovative menus and recipes, oversee all food leaving the kitchen, and guarantee that health and safety regulations are met. Responsibilities

Review and track team member performance objectives, as well as offer guidance and assistance to support and promote an efficient kitchen
Recruit, train, and lead all kitchen personnel while instilling a sense of teamwork through positive feedback, mentoring, and support
Supervise all food preparation in the kitchen, including procedures, portioning, garnishing, and ensure that all meals and dishes are attractively presented
Be responsible for the overall success of the daily culinary operations, with an emphasis on surpassing guest expectations while driving revenue and profit
Combine diverse ingredients in a unique way to create new and distinctive menu items and specials

Qualifications

Full-service hotel experience preferred
At least 5 years of progressive management Kitchen experience in a hotel, country club, or a related field
Must be computer proficient in company-approved spreadsheets, electronic mail, and word processing
Supervisory experience required
Obtain or maintain State Food Handling and Safety Certifications

Compensation

$95,000 - $100,000 yearly
